Using CassiopeiaHorizon

By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.

Marketplace role

CassiopeiaHorizon is a marketplace platform: products are sold by independent sellers, who are responsible for their listings, stock, and fulfilment. Payments are processed by our payment partners.

Community rules

Live streams, chat, and messages must not contain abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful content. You can report content or block a seller from within the app; we review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Orders & returns

Order acceptance, delivery estimates, and returns are governed by our Returns policy.

Account termination

You may delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
